One of the newest models to come from Samsung, the world renowned smartphone giants known for their innovative technology and stunning design combined with electronics expertise, is the Samsung Galaxy Mini 2, a smartphone aimed squarely at the lower end of the market.
Affordable and compact, the Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 has a decent 3.3 inch screen, 3 megapixel camera and 4GB of storage which can be supplemented by a MicroSD card. This smartphone comes in a choice of white, silver, black and a funky bright yellow, and combines good looks with ease of use and is an excellent value smartphone within its price bracket, not trying to compete with the higher end Samsung Galaxy phones or their competitors. Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, this is an upgraded version of the Samsung Galaxy Mini that came out on UK shelves in 2011, and as with all Android mobile phones has access to the thousands of fantastic apps available from the Android app store. As a bonus, Samsung have preinstalled their own apps to this latest model, including their MusicHub MP3store and the ChatOn instant messaging service, as well as access to Samsung’s own apps.
This is a recently released phone and currently Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 deals are yet to be announced, although the handset is available to buy at competitive rates, it has been taken up by retailer 3 and will soon be available for deals and contracts. This is a great entry level mobile phone for new smartphone users.
