Operating Systems - Microsoft Vista

The cost of Vista is coming down in retail outlets and the price reduction will be introduced into 70 countries. The US has seen one of the biggest cost reductions in Vista Ultimate which has gone down to £161. It is thought that the aim of the price reduction is to attract more people to the Vista upgrade.

Brad Brooks the vice president of Microsoft Corporate thinks it will provide more options to sell stand alone copies of Vista.
